THE Gladiators biggest star looked completely unrecognisable in an unearthed snap.
Sheli McCoy, better known as Sabre, is famed for her incredible strength and washboard abs.
However the 35-year-old gym boss wasn't always the superfit Gladiators star millions of fans tune in each week to see.
The blonde athlete posed with pals in a pub as she shared a throwback from 2012.
Sabre admitted she was four dress sizes bigger and worlds away from the incredible figure she flaunts on the BBC reboot.
In a bid to encourage others to improve their fitness and lifestyle, she issued some important advice.
Sabre wrote: "I've trained 5-6 days a week for ten years with a mix of CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, snowboarding, wakeboarding, skateboarding, climbing, swimming, biking and horse riding.
"I keep my calories logged, I eat a high protein diet, I'm careful with sugars, I hydrate well daily.
"I work with a coach and on a periodised programme and my body's look was never, and never is, the goal.
"It's just a byproduct of my goals to complete and be the best version of my athletic self.

The Dundee-born fitness guru runs a gym in Dundee called SweatBox and strives to break barriers as a female gym owner.
The personal trainer also competed in five British Weightlifting Championships and numerous CrossFit championships worldwide.
